BJP Manipur Pradesh hails, salutes Modi Govt

mphal, May 23 2022: BJP Manipur Pradesh has hailed the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a Government which is dedicated to the collective interests of the country.

Speaking to media persons at their Nityaipat Chuthek office today, BJP Manipur Pradesh vice-president N Nimbus said that BJP has grown to be the biggest political party in the country under the leadership of Narendra Modi.

Guided by its principle of ‘Nation first’, the BJP-led Government has successfully formulated many significant policies for the welfare of the people, he said.

A conference of BJP National office bearers was held at Jaipur on May 20 and the conference discussed about commemoration of the completion of eight years in office by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at different places with several events, Nimbus conveyed.

For the first time, Narendra Modi was sworn in as the Prime Minister of India on May 30, 2014 .

The historic day would be commemorated from May 30 to June 15 .

The commemorative event would focus on different schemes launched by the Modi Government for the welfare of underprivileged sections, women and economically backward classes, said the BJP State vice-president.

The party would also highlight the achievements of all BJP-ruled States and all the different programmes taken by the Government through four committees starting from booth level to the State level, he said.

The commemorative event would be participated by BJP MPs, MLAs and representatives of local bodies, he added.

Talking about the agenda discussed at the conference of BJP National office bearers, BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesman S Nongpoknganba said that the conference deliberated on why BJP was re-elected in many States in the elections held this year and what the people of these States expect from the BJP Governments.

Many opined that BJP secured landslide victories in four States because of the pro-people policies and programmes implemented under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas’, he conveyed.

Nongpoknganba claimed that BJP’s governance is basically about uplifting the poorest of the poor and establishment of an equitable society.

BJP secured substantially high percentage of votes in the elections in 2014 and 2022 because the people believe in the party’s principles and ideology, he said.

BJP was re-elected in many States because BJP or BJP-led Governments worked with sincerity to deliver what the party promised during elections, Nongpoknganba.

Food grains and medicines were provided free of cost during the Covid pandemic and special relief measures were delivered to needy people under a special arrangement of the Modi-led Government, he mentioned.
